Harris Gomez (Principal)
Harris is an accomplished international lawyer having acted for clients on complex contractual disputes, property transactions and insurance litigation within the Spanish jurisdictions. He was the principal of the first Law firm in Australia to have an office in Latin America and an associated firm in Spain.

President of the Australia Chile Chamber of Commerce in Sydney and a director of the Australia Latin America Business Council (ALABC) Harris has many contacts both here and abroad with which he works closely to identify upcoming business opportunities between Spain, Latin America and Australia. Harris provide practical business advice on company structuring and for clients involved in international trade and can act on all stages of negotiation and implementation of business ventures.

Cathryn is our special counsel in corporate and commercial law. Cathryn has over 12 years experience having worked in top tier law firms as well as in-house counsel for blue chip corporations. She covers a full range of business issues ranging from general commercial advice to acting for issuing corporations on IPO’s and other forms of capital raising, restructuring and international trade. Cathryn has also held company secretarial positions for corporations with revenues in excess of AU$350 million.
